We stand behind the products we sell 100%. If there is a problem with quality, you don’t receive what you ordered, or there is any other problem with your order, please let us know immediately.
Upon request, we will exchange or refund your order within 15 days of your order date. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns that are not damanged or incorrect.
Orders with perishables such as fruit or flowers cannot be returned for a refund. If there is a problem with the order, they will be replaced.
