When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 12 PM ship the same day. It is very important that you include the date your order needs to be delivered. We give priority to time sensetive orders, so please let us know to ship immediately or include a date you want the items to arrive.
Are all your items in stock?
We try very hard to only include in-stock items on our website. When an item sells out, we remove it from the website so there is no confusion. Sometimes, however, we may get several orders for the same item before it can be removed from the website. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and phone immediately after processing your order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order is incorrect or does not arrive on the date indicated by the tracking information, please email or call us.
If there is a problem with the quality of your gift basket, please notify us immediately and do not destroy, eat or consume the contents. You may be asked to ship the gift basket back to us (at our expense) to get a refund or replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 15 days with a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in new, unopened condition (still enclosed in sealed cellophane). You must ship the gift basket back to us in the original corrugated box postage-paid. For mor information on returning a gift basket, see our guarantee
(Note: Perishables (fruit, flowers) may not be returned. If they arrive damanged or imcomplete, they will be replaced.)
